Examination Scoring Services

WE HAVE MOVED! PLEASE VISIT US AT OUR NEW LOCATION IN 151A ARMORY BUILDING, ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE BUILDING NEXT TO THE EINSTEIN BROS. BAGEL KIOSK.

Instructors can use our machine-scannable answer sheets and have them scored and analyzed at no cost. Test analyses include test scoring distributions and statistics, alphabetical listings of students, item analyses, and individual student error sheets. Consultation and workshops on test construction and interpretation of test results are provided upon request. Exam results are sent back to instructors through the Technology Services PEAR secure e-mail system.

Research data scanning

If you have a research project, dissertation, or thesis that involves scannable bubble sheets, we may be able to scan your data for a small fee. We can provide a raw data file and preliminary statistical summaries if needed. Feel free to contact us to discuss the details of your project. The cost for an on-campus research project is .12 cents per Scantron sheet and .12 cents for scanning each sheet. That's a total processing cost of .24 cents/sheet. The cost for an off-campus research project is .15 cents per Scantron sheet and .15 cents for scanning each sheet. That's a total processing cost of .30 cents/sheet.
